Jessica De La Rosa, LCSW
Helping Adults and Children Heal from Trauma
Hi, I'm Jessica, a Trauma Therapist in the Inland Empire
Great to meet you!
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with ten years of experience in the mental health field. I am passionate about supporting individuals who have experienced trauma. I also enjoy working with families to reduce conflict, strengthen connection, and build a home environment that feels safe and predictable.
My goal in therapy is to help individuals and families develop practical tools for managing difficult emotions and life experiences. We work to improve communication and understanding, increase quality of life, and process trauma that may be affecting development, relationships, and day to day functioning.
My approach to therapy
My work is collaborative and paced with care. I use evidence informed approaches based on your needs and goals. This may include CBT, EMDR, strength based therapy, and solution focused therapy. We will focus on what is most important right now while also building long term skills for resilience and healing.
What you can expect from me
You can expect a supportive space that is grounded, respectful, and clear. We will build self awareness and self compassion while developing practical coping tools you can use outside of session. You will also gain strategies to communicate more effectively, navigate conflict with more confidence, and move through trauma in a way that feels steady and manageable.
