What We Offer.
EMDR-Centered Care: EMDR is at the heart of our approach. If you are EMDR-trained or EMDR-certified, you’ll have the opportunity to use this powerful treatment alongside other modalities to help your clients heal in the most holistic way possible.
Flexible Schedule & Hybrid Work: With part-time or full-time opportunities, you can design your schedule (15-20 hours for part-time or 35+ hours for full-time) with a hybrid option (local community and virtual). We want you to find the balance you need between work and personal life while serving clients who need your expertise.
Supportive Work Environment: We believe that to provide healing for our clients, we need to care for our clinicians, too. That’s why we take care of all the administrative work, so you can focus on what you do best—providing quality, trauma-informed care. We handle billing, insurance, and all paperwork, allowing you to spend your time where it matters most.

Who We Are Looking For.
EMDR-Trained or EMDR-Certified Clinicians: We are specifically seeking clinicians who are EMDR-trained or certified. Your expertise in this powerful, trauma-focused modality will be a key part of your success at Heal & ReLeaf. We value your experience and want you to apply EMDR alongside other therapeutic approaches to provide clients with comprehensive care.
Trauma-Focused Care Providers: Whether you’re working with children, adolescents, or adults, we want clinicians who are comfortable and excited to work from a trauma-informed perspective. Experience in EMDR, as well as an interest in integrating additional trauma-focused therapies like Internal Family Systems (IFS), Play Therapy, Somatic Experiencing (SE), Brainspotting, or Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) is highly encouraged.
Compassionate and Growth-Minded Professionals: We are looking for clinicians who are committed to professional growth and who want to work collaboratively with a team of like-minded individuals.
